T-shirt fabrics are as follows:
Cotton + Polyester refers to the general designation of polyester and cotton blended fabrics. Generally, there are two classification methods of blending and interweaving. The advantage is good wrinkle resistance, not easy to deform; the disadvantage is easy to hair, plus two times of dyeing, fabric feel is hard. It is soft and thick, not easy to deform after washing, but its clothing comfort is slightly worse than that of pure cotton. 65% cotton T-shirt fabric is OK, while 35% cotton T-shirt fabric is relatively poor. It's uncomfortable to wear and easy to pilling.
This is a commonly used T-shirt fabric with high cost performance. Although it is not like other high-grade T-shirt fabrics, it is treated with special technology, but 100% pure cotton still maintains the superior natural characteristics of pure cotton, good skin affinity, good air permeability and good moisture absorption. If you don't have a large budget and want to wear comfortable clothes, this one is a good choice. Of course, some 100% cotton treated by special processes such as depilation and softening are also high-grade fabrics.
After spinning, it is made into high weaving yarn, and mercerized cotton fabric is made of cotton. After special processing procedures such as singeing and mercerizing, the high-quality mercerized yarn with bright and clean luster, softness and wrinkle resistance is made. The high-quality T-shirt fabric made of this material not only completely preserves the excellent natural characteristics of raw cotton, but also has a silk like luster, soft handle, moisture absorption and ventilation, good elasticity and draping sense; in addition, it has rich colors, comfortable and casual clothes, fully reflecting the temperament and taste of the wearer. Mercerized cotton and double mercerized cotton fabrics are delicate. They are different from general clothing in workmanship and embroidery. It is recommended to find manufacturers who focus on high-end T-shirts. They are more experienced.
Double mercerized cotton
With the mercerized yarn made of singeing and mercerizing as the raw material, pure cotton double mercerizing fabric is a pure cotton product of "double singeing and double silk". By using CAD CAD system and cam system, the design of fancy T-shirt fabric is quickly woven. After the grey fabric is singed and mercerized again, a series of finishing is carried out, and the high-grade T-shirt fabric is produced. The fabric has clear lines, novel patterns, bright luster, smooth hand feel, which is better than mercerized cotton. However, due to two mercerizing finishing, the price is higher It's a little expensive.
Cotton + Lycra (high quality spandex) also known as Lycra cotton
It has the ability of drape and crease recovery, which is the elastic cotton fabric implanted with spandex during the weaving process. It has a good hand feel, is close to the body, highlights the figure, has elasticity, and is especially suitable for close fitting clothes. It has been used in men's T-shirts in the past two years. Generally, when making T-shirt fabric, the fabric with spandex can only be treated with light alkali and low temperature mercerization. This kind of fabric is more suitable for the T-shirt with close fitting fashion style, and the bone feeling will be worse. In particular, this fabric should be treated with preshrunk water.
That is nylon, spandex. Lycra, to put it bluntly, is the rubber band added to the fabric to make the fabric elastic. Many cotton fabrics are added with 5% - 10% Lycra, or spandex. This kind of fabric has certain elasticity, and the clothes and trousers can be cut to fit a little, but there is no sense of restraint, and the wearing comfort is higher. Elastane is not fabric, it's a component of fabric
Generally, when choosing clothes or bedding, the most concerned problem is probably the fabric. Polyester is a common fabric. Do you know what polyester is? What are the advantages of this fabric?
