Knitted cotton jersey is the basic variety of knitted fabrics, also known as knitted cotton single-sided cloth and cotton plain cloth. Besides some fabrics with jacquard when weaving, the warp knitted velvet sofa fabric is mostly flat flannelette, so the finishing process is particularly important. The commonly used methods of warp knitted sofa fabrics are printing, embossing, bronzing, burnishing, flocking, brushing, ironing and wrinkling to form a certain texture effect and concave-convex effect. The fabrics facing the traditional market are flocking sofa fabrics and printed sofa fabrics.
